the design of a methodology to identify the needs for digitalization that the agricultural asociations sector has at a national level. This methodology aims to increase the ICT appropiation by showing this community how Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) can increase the productivity of farmers and growers. The project was carried out in 4 phases: 1. Activation: The base and regional teams were gathered. Also the participant asociations were selected. 2. Diagnose: The facilitador agrodigital identifies the needs of the asociation through a series of workshops and interviews. This will produce three main topics that can be prioritized to work on. 3. Preparation: The moderator will structure an action plan that responds to one of the priotized topics in the previous stage. 4. Working sessions: The farmers will put to action the plan so that the ICT adoption will occur by them developing the action plan in a series of activities that are supervised by the program's local moderator.
