A Design discovery process to propose a new innovation hub for envisioning the future of banking in Colombia. This process was carried out within the technology and product areas in oder to asses the current resources that could be leveraged in order to create a new space for innovation. Different tracks were proposed so that the hub could cover product research, development and market analysis on the main topics.
