Banking Innovation Space (BIS) [2020]

A Design discovery process to propose an innovation hub for envisioning the future of banking in Colombia. This process was conducted within the technology and product areas to assess the current resources that could be leveraged to create a new space for innovation. Different tracks were proposed so that the hub could cover product research, development, and market analysis on the main topics.
