The UX Vision 2.0 project reimagined Zededa’s edge orchestration platform, aiming to deliver a modern, user-friendly experience that empowers users at every step of their journey, integrating intuitive design and proactive support.
As user needs and expectations shift, the current user experience faces challenges in delivering the level of intuitiveness, personalization, and accessibility increasingly expected in the market. While functional, the UX needs more adaptability and consistency to engage users fully, meet diverse needs, and keep pace with industry trends.

The process included benchmarking, direct user feedback, and step-by-step journey mapping.
The design team focused on:
- Simplifying navigation and information architecture
- Building interconnected user flows
- Embedding automation and context-aware support
- Iteratively prototyping and testing across channels

Tools Used: Figma was the primary tool for compiling and analyzing information, as well as for designing prototypes. Other tools were used to refine the Personas, test some of the flows, and prepare the presentation, such as Gemini and GForms.

The result was a cohesive and modernized UX strategy that transformed the Zededa platform:
