CONTEXT
Addresses are an essential part of the product compliance. This project focused on improving the data quality being entered into our system by enhancing how users create and manage addresses in the Console.
APPROACH
This included a user research process to assess the product's usability, creating an ideal flow, generating mockups of the new designs, and conducting final user testing to validate assumptions and refine details.
Tools Used: Figma was the primary tool for compiling and analyzing information, as well as for designing prototypes.
SOLUTION & OUTCOME
The result was a modal that addressed most of the accessibility, usability, and data management concerns, while also being flexible enough to be implemented in various parts of the Console.
